Anna-Sara Lind

Bio

Anna-Sara Lind is professor of Public Law and Scientific leader of Centre for multidisciplinary studies on Religion and Society (CRS, Uppsala University). Her research focuses on public law, EU law and fundamental rights and on how EU law and international law interacts in the fields of welfare state law and digitalization. At CRS, her research involves exploring legal dimensions relating to freedom of religion, faith communities and cultural heritage. She has been involved in and has led several multidisciplinary research projects investigating various fields such as welfare, AI and data protection. Between 2019-2025, Lind was member of the management team of WASP-HS, a ten-year long research program running from 2019-2028.
